Rosmarinus officinalis, Rosemary
ROSMARINUS OFFICINALE
Rosemary

Rosemary is a seasonal plant for us; it is not available year round.
Even though it is a perennial we avoid growing them here in South Florida during our summers due to our high temperatures and humidity.
Our winters are milder and drier and they love it. We are most likely to have happy plants available around this time.
There are no secrets to growing Rosemary. Just give them full to partial sun, water and a little bit of fertilizer.
If you plan to use them for cooking perhaps you should consider an organic fertilizer and avoid spraying with toxic chemicals.
Rosemary accepts trimming and can make a beautiful bonsai.
I have also seen them trimmed as little Christmas trees and as topiaries.
